Stress Less

Good mental health and wellbeing is crucial, it means we're able to lead happy and healthy lives. Yet it’s possible that any one of us can be affected by poor mental health and wellbeing at some point in our lives. In Westminster, ensuring residents have good mental health and wellbeing is a key priority.

Every Mind Matters

We're supporting Public Health England's brand new ‘Every Mind Matters’ campaign encouraging adults to be more aware of their mental health and to take simple steps to look after their mental wellbeing.

How is your mental health? Complete the free NHS approved online tool below to build your own action plan helping you to look after your mental health, boost your mood, improve your sleep and help you feel more in control.

Help is at hand

If you’re struggling, there are people who can help. A good place to start is your GP.

If you're feeling low, stressed, anxious or depressed there are also free, confidential NHS talking therapy services available for you. Reach Out services are available to adults over 18 living in Westminster and people registered with a GP in the area.

If you or someone you know is feeling like life is not worth living, or if you've been bereaved by suicide, you don't have to struggle alone. There are a number of organisations that can help when you need it most. If you feel that you are in crisis, please dial 999.
