Now more than ever, Every Mind Matters. We're supporting Public Health England's ‘Every Mind Matters’ campaign encouraging adults to be more aware of their mental health and to take simple steps to look after their mental wellbeing.

Help is at hand

If you’re struggling, there are people who can help. A good place to start is your GP.


If you're feeling low, stressed, anxious or depressed there are also free, confidential NHS talking therapy services available for you. Reach Out services are available to adults over 18 living in Westminster and people registered with a GP in the area.


If you or someone you know is feeling like life is not worth living, or if you've been bereaved by suicide, you don't have to struggle alone. There are a number of organisations that can help when you need it most.
